OC7: Sudou

Well here's my 7th OC Sudou (It could be pronouced as Sudo or Sudou). Not much is known about him except that he's a drug dealer selling narcotics to teenagers. He sells many types of drugs, even anything like new types of steroids. He doesn't want to reveal his occupations much and the police are after him too, and he'll do anything to leave no evidence behind. He works with Dr. Hiramatsu. Which is the mastermind behind the drugs. He is also a great fighter, and very athletic.

Anyway about the pic, I'm so sorry this doesn't look good enough! I really tried so hard And I'm not sure this came out as nicely as I thought.
